Elite Art Enterprises, LLC (“Elite,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. We collect only what we need to respond to your inquiries and to keep this website secure.
1) Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to www.eliteartenterprises.com and to information you submit through it. It does not cover the client portal at storage.eliteartenterprises.com, which is provided under a separate agreement, nor does it cover information collected offline in the course of providing our services. Our Terms & Conditions of Service govern the services themselves.
2) Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you submit the contact form to request a quote or ask a question, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, the subject of your inquiry, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. To protect the contact form from automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. When you visit the site, Turnstile may process your IP address, browser characteristics, and similar technical data to determine whether the request comes from a person. When you submit the form, we pass your IP address to Cloudflare to complete this verification.
We do not maintain user accounts on this website, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers.
3) How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiry and prepare estimates or quotes.
- Communicate with you about services you have requested.
- Detect and prevent spam, bots, and abuse of our website.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6) Data Retention
Contact form submissions are delivered to our business email and are not stored in a separate database by this website. We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our relationship and any period required by law or our record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time as described in Section 8.
7) Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information. These rights are recognized under laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), and the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We extend these rights to all visitors regardless of location.
- Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and details of how we use it.
- Right to Rectification: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Right to Deletion: Ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions such as records we must keep to complete a transaction or comply with law.
- Right to Portability: Receive the information you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Right to Opt Out: Object to or restrict certain processing. We do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, so there is no sale to opt out of.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of these rights.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8) Exercising Your Rights
How to submit a request. Email privacy@eliteartllc.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” and tell us which right you wish to exercise. You may also write to us at the mailing address in Section 12. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf if they provide written authorization from you.
How we verify your identity. To prevent fraudulent requests, we will confirm that the request comes from the person whose information is involved. In most cases we do this by replying to the email address you originally used to contact us and asking you to confirm the request. If you are writing from a different address, we may ask you for details that match our records, such as the approximate date and subject of your inquiry. We use verification information only for that purpose.
Response time. We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request, or within the shorter period required by applicable law. If we need more time, we will tell you why and how long we expect to take. We do not charge a fee for handling requests unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive.
9) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for this website and access controls on our email systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10) Children
This website is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at privacy@eliteartllc.com and we will delete it.
11) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was most recently revised. Material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect.
